Longmorn 2014 Tasting Notes

Nose: Malt loaf and butter. Fresh shortbread sprinkled with icing sugar. A touch of wood spice.

Palate: Pancakes with berries and vanilla cream. An oak character and a little wood spice. Still vanilla-rich, though a hint of anise has appeared at the core, mellowed by blueberry pancake sweetness.

Finish: Vanilla, more pancakes, and warming spice.
