About Càrn Mòr's Glenburgie 2013

One of the things I love about  like Càrn Mòr is their ability to dig out hidden treasures. I think this Glenburgie falls into that camp. It's not a common distillery to come across, and being able to try this classic ex-bourbon matured small batch release is a great opportunity to get to know Glenburgie more. Spending 8 years in First Fill Bourbon barrels this Speysider is velvety smooth with lemon posset topped with sharp lemon zest on the palate.
