Picture this: Ladies in straw hats load your suede backpack with exotic fruits, spices and coconut oil at a Caribbean farmers' market. While you enjoy a slice of tamarind ginger cake sprinkled with icing sugar.

Colour: Rosewood.

Nose: Toasted banana bread dusted with icing sugar. Worn leather backpack. New suede shoes on freshly varnished oak floors. Cloves, star anise, cinnamon, lemongrass and coconut oil. Enjoying a glass of Cognac with a pipe.

Palate: A comforting hug. Spiced coffee with dark chocolate rum truffles. Freshly waxed oak desks with worn brass handles. Toasted brioche with salted butter and clove honey. Lychees, raspberries, currant jelly, ginger marmalade and cinnamon hot chocolate.

Finish: Long and lingering. Ginger cake, cinnamon rolls and dark chocolate truffles on a polished brass platter.
