Nose: A fruit salad of apples, pears, green grapes and pineapple.

Palate: More fruit with vanilla and wood spice.

Finish: Sweet fruit with vanilla and a little warmth.

Colour: Natural colour, bright straw.

Nose: Apples and green gauges. Almond marzipan dusted with icing sugar. Vanilla and oak underneath.

Palate: Medium mouthfeel. Bright vibrant spice. Candy apple sweets. A savoury oak character. Considering the ABV is an epic 63.5%, the alcohol is surprisingly well integrated. Adding water brings a fresh apple character and a certain creamy texture.

Finish: Medium in length. Apple, oak and spice. Bright and warm.
