Secret Orkney 2005 Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet citrus, ripe melons, dark honey with spices, cloves, black peppers and ginger. Light smoke with fresh maritime notes, oysters and chalk.

Palate: Creamy with orange marmalade, stewed fruits, salted caramel, yellow rock sugar, seafood and minerals.

Finish: Sea salt, lots of citrus and a touch of smouldering wood.
