About This Murray McDavid Whisky

Opened in 1960, Tormore Distillery quickly became an iconic Scotch whisky landmark, whose striking architecture is a perfect reflection of its stylish Speyside spirit.  have used their maturation approach to enrich this single malt and give it greater character.

Initially filled into standard hogsheads, they re-racked the whisky into two sherry casks – one used to produce dry, fruity Oloroso and the other rich, sweet PX Sherry. After three years, the casks were married to create a fantastic single malt with depth and complexity.
